Sometimes your private driving instructor / PDI may not teach you everything in detail, in terms of what you need to watch out for in your test, causing you to make mistakes.

Unlike school students where circuit is FREE, private students often have to pay PDI EXTRA $30-40 for each access to the driving circuit, and have a time limit (only 1hr max) per circuit ticket. As a result, private students are often more disadvantaged in this respect, as they tend to have less opportunities to be familiar. Some PDIs also do not book enough circuits.
